1. Who we are

US Options Trading Alerts ("we", "our", "us") provides US stock options trading alerts through our mobile app ("US Options Trading Live Alerts"), our website (usoptionsalerts.com), and our Discord community.

2. Data we collect

  • Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, your device's push token is stored so we can send you alerts. Notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
  • App usage. Which alerts you view and your preferences (for example, notification settings).
  • Information you provide. If you contact us by email or join our Discord server, we receive your email address or Discord username.
  • We do not collect your name, postal address, or payment details in the app. Any payments are processed by third parties (Apple, Google, or our membership provider).

3. How we use your data

  • To send you the trading alerts and notifications you opted in to.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the app and website.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.

4. Sharing of data

  • Push tokens are shared with Google Firebase solely to deliver notifications.
  • We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
  • We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention and your rights

  • Push tokens are deleted when you disable notifications, uninstall the app, or upon request.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to usoptionsalerts@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Age requirement

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date above.
